Montvale, NJ – November 3, 2014 – Health Monitor Network was selected as a winner of two National Health Information Awards. The annual program, now in its 21st year, recognizes the nation’s best consumer health information materials.
The winning entries, entitled Guide to Diabetes and Guide to Bone Health, received bronze awards in the category of patient-education booklets/brochures for adults 21+. Both guides were designed and produced in-house by Health Monitor’s creative and editorial teams, and were made available to patients for free in more than 20,000 PCP and specialist offices nationwide.
